As part of our ongoing efforts to improve and streamline the InfoSec request processes, and in order to better serve our Tealium teammates and external customers, we’re happy to announce that we’ve moved to new, and much improved Service Desk tool for all InfoSec requests.
This upgrade to FreshService is the first of a several InfoSec and Operations process improvements you’ll see in the coming months. FreshService also align nicely with our Customer Facing HelpDesk tool, FreshDesk; as both are part of the same FreshService product family and allow for future integrations.
With this change, the Trello request process you’ve used in the past for InfoSec requests will now direct all InfoSec requests to our new home and request landing page at: https://tealium.freshservice.com.
On the new FreshService sign-in page, sign in with your Tealium email account via the ‘Sign-In with Google’ button. Once on the landing page, you will be able to request ‘New Service' by clicking on the shopping cart, or by navigating to the ‘Service Catalog’ tab, and then simply complete the form for the type of service you would like to request:
Security Assessment Requests - This is where you can submit customer requests for Security Engagements; including Security Assessments, Questionnaires, and/or request InfoSec resources for direct client conversations; including client meeting requests.
Penetration Test Requests - This is where you can submit requests for Penetration Test Environments on behalf of existing clients, as well as prospects.
Assess New Vendor Request - This is where you can submit a request for the Tealium InfoSec team to and perform security and privacy due diligence assessment in order to ensure the proposed vendor complies with all Tealium's security and privacy requirements.
Access Control Requests (Information Systems) - This is where you can submit a request for the Tealium InfoSec team for Provisioning & De-provisioning and access control requests for Information Systems such as Github, AWS, and Quickbase.
We’re confident this tool and process will be a much improved experience for everyone at Tealium; feel free to drop us a line in Slack for any questions you may have at: #support_infosec, and happy requesting!
